This is what happened and I kind of thought, this was the case.
Under, video management, we have settings. If you go to, ADVANCED SETTINGS, you will see two options. One option is, STANDARD YOUTUBE LICENSE, which means, you ARE NOT GIVING PERMISSION, for other people to use or upload your video. Second option is, CREATIVE COMMONS-ATTRIBUTIONS, which means, you ARE GIVING PERMISSION for people to use or upload your video.
The video, that, I claimed was stolen, had the Creative Commons-Attributions, selected. Therefore, they had a right to post it on their channel.
I made a copywriters infringement claim, against, the person who had my video. YouTube contacted me, via email, and explained, that, they cannot honor my request to have my video removed, due to the selected, Creative Commons.
I kind of thought that, too, because, on my other videos, that was not selected. When, I selected that option, I didn't know what I was doing, at the time. I was, simply, playing with some buttons and saw this little odd symbol next to my titles and didn't realize what that meant.
I tried to read up on, what, Creative Commons, meant, but, it was foreign to me and I didn't understand it, at that time. That was 2 years, ago, but now, since I have more experience and knowledge, I figured it out.
I went and changed my settings back to, STANDARD YOUTUBE LICENSE, but YouTube said, since, it was not selected at the time, they uploaded my video, it was too late. I had already given, permission. In other words, they have every right to use my video.
I went through all of my videos and made sure, everything is correct.
Pros
I learned how to protect my videos
That YouTuber is actually, help promote my channel, because, viewers will come to my channel.
They ain't making no money on my video.
Taught me to put my username, throughout, my video. That tends to make the user, not, to want your video, because, they want their viewers to think, it's their own video and not yours.
I look pretty throughout the video. lol
Cons
My video is on a whack ass channel, with, poor quality.
I worked long hours on that video, for somebody to just use it, for free.
Hard lesson learned.
Oh, well! Next!

Being a YouTube Vlogger
...takes time, commitment, motivation and creativity. At first, before, I started getting subscribers, I didn't trip off, all that. I made a video and posted it, no matter, if it was wack. My first year on YouTube was not good. lol
As I got more serious, things got to be more challenging. I used to ask myself, do I really want a big following? Having a big following...shooooot, people, expect you to produce great content and be consistent. I find, sometimes, I'm not in the mood and it feels, like, I am not sticking to what is expected of me.
I try to put out, at least, 1 video a week or 4 videos a month. Lately, I haven't been doing that. I don't know....sometimes, our personal lives get in the way of our, YouTube, lives. YouTube ends up being on the back burner.
Last year, I started my year off with YouTube, like, a jet. I mean, I was putting those videos out there, regularly. This year, I'm moving sort of slow. I got some really good ideas, but, the drive isn't there. I think it's, well, I know it's my schedule at work. Then again, it's just me. I come up with all these excuses and in the end, it's me.
For the most part, in mid March or the beginning of April, I plan on producing more content on a regular basis. Then, I'll probably slow down, then pick back up.
I notice, some YouTubers put out content and then take a long break, like, 6 months or whatever. I tend to take a few weeks or maybe a month, then, I'll jump back in.
It's fun, although, it can be draining and even, emotional. How can it be emotional?
Well, you are always wondering, am I good enough? Is my content good enough? Do my viewers like my content? Why such negative comments? Views, stats...etc. I mean, it goes on and on.
Sure, we look good on camera, but, we always tend to worry about numbers. Subs, views, likes...etc. It's always on our minds and it becomes stressful. You eat, sleep and drink, YouTube and you are constantly spending money, to make your videos better. It's a never ending story.
It's alot of work, making these videos. I know, it doesn't seem like it. Then, you have people, just steal your videos, post them on their channel and you be like, wtf? It could be, that, they admire you. Who knows? All I know is, they didn't put in the work. I got a few videos, that took me 10 or more hours to make. That includes, setting up equipment and appearance of myself and editing. As a matter of fact, that's one reason why I won't record a video; the setup and appearance. I don't feel like it.
I love doing,YouTube, part time. It allows me to have more freedom and not worry, on a everyday basis. if I get overwhelmed, I'll take a break:)
Bye for now:)

I fell asleep early, yesterday
...when I came home from work. I mean, I was beat. I'm tired, today, too. Driving a 40 foot bus, with a whole lot of people on it, in the snow, on the highway backed up with traffic and cranky, all at the same time, drains me. That's why, I stick to working nights. Less people, less headache.
More sleet and snow this weekend, but, I'll be off work. I suppose to go to the movies and get a massage, but, I may cancel. I'll see.
I'd rather stay at home, try to record some videos and piddle around the house.

People will steal your videos
So, I was informed that my video was posted on somebody else's, YouTube channel. I went over to that channel and low and behold, there was my video. I'm like, what's up with this? I can't get, too mad, because, my videos are public and you do run the risk of something, like this, happening. What killed me was, in the description box, there is a link for somebody to download my video or download something, that leads to something. I didn't click the download, because, I didn't want to run the risk of getting into something, I can't get out of. I don't know, but, it's crazy. They took my Neon Green 'Nezi" that sits in the upper right hand corner of all of my videos (called a watermark) off of my video, as if, it's their own.
As a matter of fact, they posted more people's videos on there, too. Let me say this. My video is not monetized, which means, I am not making any money off this one particular video, with, advertisements. If it was monetized, they couldn't have posted it on there channel, because, YouTube will only allow you to make money on a video, one time. They are not going to pay you, twice, for one video.
That's why, we YouTubers have our names annotated in our videos, just for stuff like this. Although, my video is posted on this channel, people will still know, to come to my channel and see my videos.
I did leave a comment on the video, asking, why is my video on here. No answer, so far.
Anyway, they are up to something. I'm going to figure it out. If you wanna see what video I'm talking about, click on this link and you will see the username is by cinta sejutah and not, NeziNapps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ua0DtJT4Ous
If I wanted to, I could delete the video and put in the right music, so it can be monetized. That way, they can't have it. I'll see, once, I get through investigating.

I cleaned 26 makeup brushes
And that wasn't all of them. Since, I had bought a boatload of makeup and new brushes, may as well, start wearing makeup, again. I'mma wear a whole lot of it, too. Cake face is who I'll be. Lol

Got some new ideas
...for my YouTube videos. Don't know if they are going to work or not, but, it's worth a try. I've been pretty busy, lately. Haven't had any energy to make a video. I'm aiming to do something, this weekend, as far as, videos. Being a home owner, working a shift at your job that you hate and being a creator and editor for videos, can be a bit overwhelming and tiring. Tonight, I'm taking it easy. I'm resting.
I'm going to do a natural hair video, this weekend. Thinking about, showing how I would shampoo my hair in the sink. Oooh! That's a task, but, I figured out an easier way to do it, without, massive tangles.
I need to flat iron my hair, trim and do a length check and comparison on my growth. Last check was in July, 2014.
My hair is dry, due to, the weather and my blow dry, I did a couple of weeks, ago. So, definitely, Deep Condition Time!
I'll see how things go, cause, I will change my mind and won't do nothing. I'm one lazy natural:(
