My 13 pound weight loss

As of June 27, 2015, I've lost 13lbs, which is great. The down side is, 11 of those pounds, was weight I gained over this last year. So, technically, I lost 2 pounds.

I'm okay with that, because, last year, I was emotionally upside down and I couldn't get my mindset in order. When I reflect back on my videos, in 2014 and was sad and imbalanced, hormonal wise. This year, I am happy, vibrant and full of sunshine.

I'm on a good track:)

I'm happy

because, today, is the day, I start my old schedule, again. Working in the a.m., really, wears me down and kills my spirit. I needed to work in the a.m., because, I was stuck in a rut and depressed. I knew, doing something out of my comfort zone, would shake me up and give me a jumpstart, to regain my life, back. Of course, I did other things, throughout, this last year, to get myself back on track, but, this was the final cleanup of that journey and I feel like, I've made a break through. No more stuck in the rut and depression:)

Now, I can get caught up on some things, hit the gym really hard (I've lost 10 lbs) and post, more, on my social medias. Shoot! I may get a social life. lol
